According to ammonnews.net, Hussein Asaf elaborated on the association’s achievements in a statement issued on the 28th anniversary of its establishment.
He said that the association was founded in 1991 and has a large number of affiliated Quranic centers.
It has organized various Quranic conferences, forums and Quran memorization competitions, he added.
The association is a member of the World Association of Quran and Sunnah, Jordan’s Union of Publishers and a member of the Union of Arab Publishers.
It has so far published 145 books on Quranic themes, including books on the meaning of Quranic terms and Tajweed in braille and Quran interpretation in sign language for the hearing impaired.
