New Quran Centers to Open in Oman
According to arabstoday.net, the centers will be opened in line with the society’s efforts to promote Quranic and religious education among the younger generation.
Teaching the recitation and memorization of the Holy Quran to Omani girls and boys will be the main activity of the new centers.
The society also holds Quranic sessions at universities, mosques, schools and libraries of the country on different Quranic issues such as the influence of Quran on the character of a Muslim, methods of teaching Quran to teenagers and youths, scientific and medical miracles of Quran and living with Quran.
The role of Quran in training teenagers and youths and children’s rights in the Quran are other themes of the forums held by the society.
It also makes educational clips for teenagers and youths aiming to teach them the correct reading of Holy Quran’s verses and the rituals of the holy month of Ramadan.
