TEHRAN (IQNA) – The Quran and Etrat deputy of Iran’s Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance said this year’s edition of the Tehran International Quran Exhibition will kick off on May 16.

Abdol Hadi Feqhizadeh told IQNA that required preparations have been made for organizing the Quranic event.

He added that there will “positive changes” in the 26th edition of the expo, compared to the previous editions.

In a decree last month, Culture Minister Seyed Abbas Salehi put Feqhizadeh in charge of the upcoming exhibition and called on him to use the previous experiences and the capacities and potentials available in different Quranic fields in organizing the international event.

The Tehran International Holy Quran Exhibition is annually organized by the culture ministry during the holy month of Ramadan.
